Cookies ‘n Cream Drip Cake – Vanilla bean cake packed with Oreo, topped with Oreo buttercream & a dark chocolate ganache drip!
This is definitely one of my favorite cakes I’ve ever made. Vanilla bean cake packed with Oreo pieces, vanilla bean buttercream, topped with Oreo buttercream & a dark chocolate ganache drip. It looks so intimidating, but it’s actually incredibly simple.

I’ll post the entire recipe soon, but for now here’s the recipe for the glaze (which is actually the most requested part of this cake). I didn’t use one whole recipe of this (I only used about 2/3 of it), but you can use the rest to glaze donuts, cookies, cake, or if you’re like me you can just eat it with a spoon. No judgements here.
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 Tbsp. nondairy milk
- Sift together the cocoa powder & powdered sugar.
- Add the vanilla & nondairy milk and whisk until smooth.
- Depending on the consistency, you might need to add another tbsp. or two of milk, but start with 5 and see if it's pourable.
